Taxi Services
At Swift Taxis we take pride in our fleet of more than 240 Hackney Carriage / Private Hire vehicles. Our vehicles are licenced by the Great Yarmouth Borough Council to carry out work that has been scheduled through our office and online booking systems.
These specially licenced vehicles can also pick up flagged jobs from the side of the road from anyone who sees the lighted TAXI roof light travelling towards them (provided the vehicle is not already on hire or on the way to a booking).

We do not directly offer booster or baby seats for travel. Our licensed vehicles are exempt from fitting or carrying these types of seats. You may provide and install this seating in our vehicles for use during extended trips for maximum comfort and safety. If necessary, Swift Taxis can store the seating for the return collection Journey. All vehicles have ISO-FIX style fixes installed. Upon request we can provide a basic Booster seat for pre-booked Journeys.
